Rich results on Google's SERP when searching for 'graduate dozen'

For many graduating high school seniors like myself, it has been hard to fathom the fact that there won’t be a traditional graduation this year. Even though I’m a virtual school student (have been one for over 3 years), I would’ve had a graduation as well. I am graduating one year early this year, so I am part of the class of 2020 instead of the class of 2021. There have been different companies enacting deals for seniors and entertainment specials set up to celebrate seniors. Those are really nice things to do, but I can understand why some don’t really care for them. I wasn’t a fan of the Graduate Together special myself for undisclosed reasons. Nevertheless, the Krispy Kreme Graduate Dozen interested me, which I will discuss in this article.

You could’ve received the box for free on Tuesday if you proved your senior status. But the rainy weather stopped me from going. In fact, I wasn’t going to go anyway after hearing about waiting two hours or more just for one free box. Let that sink in. Waiting two or more hours for just ONE free box of doughnuts? I mean, it’s not really free when you put gas usage into the equation (gas money!). The nearest one is about an hour from my house. So it would’ve been at least four hours total round-trip. Now I love getting out of the house for a while, but just for a box of doughnuts that’ll still be on sale for a few more days? Couldn’t be me.

Anyways, my mother and I went to Krispy Kreme on Friday, since we were going out anyway. The line wasn’t long at all. However, the cars ahead of us moved slowly. Yes, we went through the drive-thru to get it. That’s why I brought up the point about gas money. When my mother bought the graduate dozen, I was excited. Yeah she had to pay $12.99 USD for it, but it was better than waiting 2+ hours. Speaking of which, shoutout to my mom for spending her time and money into getting the box. This article wouldn’t have been possible without her and she didn’t have to do it. So many thanks for buying me the Graduate Dozen, Mom.

The Graduate Dozen is shown above, but Chocolate Iced with Sprinkles, Strawberry Iced with Sprinkles, Yellow Iced, Cake Batter, Strawberry Iced Kreme Filled, and Chocolate Iced Kreme Filled are the flavors in the box. The only ones I ate were the Chocolate Iced With Sprinkles, Cake Batter, and a small part of the Yellow Iced with Sprinkles. My mom ate both of the latter kind. Though the Strawberry Iced doughnuts all get an automatic “no” for me. I don’t like strawberry icing and I wasn’t going to eat those doughnuts (I still won’t.). As for the Chocolate Iced Kreme Filled, I might try it.

In all honesty, the Krispy Kreme Graduate Dozen was a sweet deal. It was a great reminder of how fortunate I am to graduate one year ahead of schedule, even in a time like this. The box is quite high, but is that surprising? Krispy Kreme truly reigns supreme in the doughnut world.

If you are interested in buying a box, go to your nearest Krispy Kreme store. You will have to pay, but at least you won’t have to wait so long in line. May 24 is the last day to buy them.

Speaking of which, it’s important for me to note that this offer is only applicable in the U.S., so international readers will not be able to find them. And the offer is not valid when online ordering. Keep in mind that Krispy Kreme did not sponsor me nor will I earn money from your purchase.
